Troubleshooting
The sports glasses are not charging
 Faulty connection, double-check the connection.
 Some computers do not supply USB power while
they are turned off. If the battery of your sports
glasses does not charge, make sure your computer
is powered on.
The sports glasses do not power on or they
power off immediately
 The battery pack is empty. Recharge the battery.
 No memory card inserted. Insert a memory card.
 The power/charge indicator (3) flashes green for 3
seconds and the sports glasses power off again.
The memory card is full. Use the card reader of
your computer or notebook to format the memory
card or insert an empty memory card.
The sports glasses suddenly power off
 The power/charge indicator (3) flashes green for 5
minutes and the sports glasses power off. The
battery is empty. Recharge the battery.
Picture and sound distorted on video

 The memory card you are using is not fast enough.
Only use Speed Class 4 or faster memory cards.
 The memory card file system is damaged. Use the
card reader of your computer or notebook to
format the memory card.
