 Only operate this device with the rechargeable battery (NP120) supplied in order
to avoid overheating, deformation of the casing, fire, electric shocks, explosion
and other hazards.
 Unplug the power cord from the mains before removing the rechargeable battery
from the charger or disconnecting the charger from the power cord.
 If you discover a defect in the product or its accessories, unplug the power cord
from the mains immediately.
 Also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet if a thunderstorm is looming.
 Never try to heat, disassemble or short-circuit the rechargeable battery. Do not
throw the rechargeable battery into a fire.
 The device is not suitable for use in high-temperature or high-humidity areas and
must be kept free of dust.
Always make sure that:
 the device is not positioned near a direct heat source (e.g. radiator);
 the device is not left in direct sunlight or bright artificial light;
 contact with spray and dripping water and abrasive liquids is avoided and the
device is never operated near water, and, most importantly, is never immersed (do
not place any objects filled with liquids such as vases or drinks on or near the
device);
 do not place any fire sources (e.g. burning candles) on or near the device;
 no foreign bodies enter the device;
 the device is not subjected to major temperature fluctuations as this may cause
condensation of the humidity in the air;
 the device is not subjected to excessive shock and vibrations.
