Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
The appliance is not
working.
The appliance is not connected
with a mains power socket. Connect the appliance to
a mains power socket.
The appliance is damaged.
In this case, contact
Customer Services.
The appliance will not start.
The blender jug 3 is not
placed correctly on the
motor block 5. Check the placement of the
blender jug 3 and correct
it if necessary.
The lid 2 is not correctly
in place and closed.
Close the lid 2 correctly.
The blender jug overfl ows.
The blender jug 3 has
been fi lled to more than the
MAX markings. Never add more liquid than
indicated by the respective
markings.
The ingredients are not
cooked.
There are too many ingredients
in the blender jug 3.
Reduce the quantity of
ingredients and repeat the
cooking process.
Some ingredients need to be
cooked for longer. Repeat the cooking
process.
The ingredients are not
mixed properly.
There is not enough liquid in
the blender jug 3.
Add some liquid.
The wrong function has been
selected.
Try another function.
The food is burnt.
The blender jug 3 was not
cleaned properly before
reheating. Food residue is
still stuck to the bottom fo
the blender jug 3.
Clean the blender jug 3
before every heating.
All the LEDs are fl ashing
and there is an audible
signal tone.
The appliance has overheated.
Disconnect the plug and
allow the appliance to
cool down.
One of the safety contacts is
wet. Allow the appliance to
dry off .
