Problem:

Oven door is locked
and will not open.

If WiFi signal icon is flashing blue, WiFi has not been
connected. See instructions in "Preparing For First Use."

If WiFi signal icon is flashing white, WiFi signal has
been lost. Check that router is on and no obstructions
are hindering signal. Can try to reset router and wait 15
minutes to reconnect. Otherwise repeat connection
instructions in "Preparing For First Use."

If WiFi signal icon is solid white,

has not been

enabled. Press the

button to enable. WiFi signal

icon will turn blue.

This is normal with a new range and will disappear after
a few uses. Still, to be careful, you should double-check
that all packaging has been removed from the appliance
- check around door sides and inside drawer.

If control panel display shows only "]" or "] [", the
control is in Sabbath Mode. Refer to that section for
how to operate control and how to exit Sabbath Mode.

Check that "CONTROL LOCK" has not been activated.

If self-clean recently finished, this is normal. Wait for the
oven to cool fully and it will unlock. Otherwise, try
resetting the appliance by cycling the circuit breaker
off and on.

Oven is taking too
long to cook.

Oven calibration may be low - try adjusting the oven
calibration upwards. See "Control Settings" section of
this manual

Food is overcooked.

Oven calibration may be high - try adjusting the oven
calibration downwards. See "Control Settings" section
of user's manual

Food is not baking
evenly - top gets done
faster/slower than
bottom.

Make sure you are using the recommended rack settings.
See "Rack Positions" at the start of the "Oven Operation"
section.

Recipe may perform better at different rack position.
Moving food down one rack position will cause the bottom
to become darker and top to become lighter. Moving food
up one rack position will cause bottom to become lighter
and top to become darker.
