Connection
 The unit isn’t recognized by your PC/Mac.
• Connect the supplied USB cable correctly. See: Connections
(page 62)
• When using a USB hub, be sure it's a product recommended by the
manufacturer of your PC/Mac.
• If another USB device is connected to your PC/Mac, disconnect it.
• Install the dedicated audio driver software and/or Setting Utility on
your PC/Mac. If it has already been installed, install it again. See: PC/
Mac setup (page 8)
• Quit any other open applications including screen savers and
antivirus security software on your PC/Mac. (When quitting antivirus
security software, before doing so, disable the internet connection to
ensure the security of your PC/Mac.)
• For Windows, if multiple ASIO drivers other than the ones used by
this unit are installed on your PC, uninstall unnecessary ASIO
drivers.
• Check if the unit's firmware version can be displayed in the Setting
Utility (page 159).
