Kelly and the Spartans near the aft drop hatch dropped out.

"Jump," Fred shouted. "Spartans: Go, go, go!"
The rest of the Spartans crawled aft, fighting the gee forces of
the tumbling Pelican. Fred grabbed Joshua—and they jumped.
