Returns Bézout’s Identity, the Extended Greatest Common
Divisor (EGCD).

EGCD(A(X), B(X)) returns U(X) AND V(X) = D(X), with D,
U, V such that D(X) = U(X)·A(X) + V(X)·B(X).
