2-2. UNPACKING

Take care when moving the unit to prevent personal
injury. The BCC/BCR-140 and BCC/BCR-175 weigh
between 400 (181 kg) and 550 lbs (249 kg), and the
BFR and BCR-350 weigh approximately 770 lbs
(350 kg).

Open door and remove packing from the inside of the unit.

5.

Peel off any protective covering from the exterior of the
cabinet.

6.

Your blast chiller is now ready for operation.

2-3. ELECTRICAL

The electrical box is accessed at the top of the unit.

The data plate, located inside of the unit, will specify the correct
electrical supply. The unit requires a grounded receptacle with a
separate electrical line protected by a fuse or circuit breaker of the
proper rating.

This unit must be adequately and safely grounded.
Refer to local electrical codes for correct grounding
procedures. If unit is not adequately grounded, electri-
cal shock could result.

To avoid electrical shock, this appliance must be
equipped with an external circuit breaker which will
disconnect all ungrounded (unearthed) conductors.
