To delete the PostgreSQL user:

On the Synchronizer server machine, right-click My Computer and choose
Manage. The Computer Management utility opens.

In the Computer Management utility, under System Tools, under Local
Users and Groups, select Users.

In the users list in the right pane, select the postgres user.

Choose Action > Delete. Click Yes to confirm.
