This is displayed only during a test
of the high-limit circuit and indicates
that the high-limit has failed. DO
NOT OPERATE THE FRYER! Call
FASC.

PROBE

FAILURE with

alarm sounding.

Damaged computer wiring harness
or connector.

Call FASC

M2000 display

shows IGN

Failure

with alarm

sounding. Heating

indicator is on, but

no heat.

Drain valve not fully closed.

Press the ON/OFF switch off, close
the drain valve(s) completely, then
press the ON/OFF switch on.
