1. In <<SETUP MODE>> initial screen, press
ENTER .
The <<SETUP MODE>> menu screen
(Paper Length Check) appears.
2. Press repeatedly until “Picking Speed”
appears in the lower line of the menu screen.

The option select screen appears with the
current setting Fast blinking (blinking indi-
cates “changeable”).
4. Press or .
The displayed option changes (Fast to Slow).
5. Press ENTER to save the change.
The LCD returns to the <<SETUP MODE>>
menu screen (Picking Speed).

CANCEL
two times.
The LCD returns to the Ready screen.

The following is an example of operation when you use this function.
TP_IF baud rate
This function sets the baud rate (signaling speed) according to the baud rate of the third party inter-
face (TP_IF).
NOTE
You cannot use this function when the setup mode is brought by pressing MENU in the Ready
status.
