In <<SETUP MODE>> initial screen, press

(Paper Length Check) appears.

appears in the lower line of the menu screen.

The option select screen appears with the
current setting Fast blinking (blinking indi-
cates “changeable”).

The displayed option changes (Fast to Slow).

The LCD returns to the <<SETUP MODE>>

The following is an example of operation when you use this function.
TP_IF baud rate
This function sets the baud rate (signaling speed) according to the baud rate of the third party inter-
face (TP_IF).
NOTE
You cannot use this function when the setup mode is brought by pressing
MENU
in the Ready
status.
