Ice and water
Your refrigerator is equipped with a system that will automatically make and dispense cubed
and crushed ice, and filter, chill, and dispense water.
Once your refrigerator has been plumbed in (see page 9) and the ice maker turned on (see
page 23) you can enjoy these great features. The dispensing is controlled through the control
panel on the outside of the freezer compartment door.

Dispenser pad
The dispenser pad is located in the back wall of the dispensing area. When the dispenser pad is
pressed, the selection chosen on the dispenser control panel will dispense.
Removable tray
The removable tray at the bottom of the dispenser area is designed to collect small spills and
may be removed for cleaning and emptying purposes. It does not drain. Do not allow it to
overflow. If it does, remove tray and wipe up overflow.
Dispenser Lock
The dispenser Lock prevents ice and water from being dispensed.
To lock the dispenser press and hold the LOCK/UNLOCK button for three seconds. The green
indicator light will illuminate above the button.
To unlock the dispenser press and hold the LOCK/UNLOCK button for three seconds. The green
indicator light will go out.
