Updating the Software Using
garmin Connect
You must have a Garmin Connect
account, and you must pair the
Forerunner with your computer using the
USB ANT Stick ( page 30 ).
1 Go to www.garminconnect.com .
If there is new software available,
Garmin Connect alerts you to update
the software.
2 Follow the on-screen instructions.
3 Keep your device in range (3 m) of the
computer during the update process.
