Models with 3-Point Harness
To wash the safety seat pad:
1. From the back of the safety seat, loosen
and remove the harness strap from the harness
tightener. From the front of the safety seat,
pull the harness strap through the slot.
2. From the back of the safety seat, push a
corner of the harness anchor buckle back into
its harness slot

. From the front of the safety
seat, use the harness strap to pull the buckle
through the slot.
3. Carefully remove the seat pad. DO NOT USE SAFETY SEAT without
the seat pad.
4. Machine wash on delicate cycle and drip-dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
5. Fold harness straps through the buckle hole in the safety seat pad.
Then fit pad into position.
6. See section 6, “Inserting the Harness Straps in the Proper Slots”
(page 30) to properly secure the harness straps back on the safety seat.
