To create a database, select the New Database icon at the top of the screen. The Data-
base Information screen appears (Figure 3-2).
Database information fields include:
Database Name
a user-defined 20 character alphanumeric field.
Site Inform a t i o n
optional fre e - f o rm fields.
(Job Name, Job Number)
PBX Extension Length
selectable field identifying the dialing mode of the PBX.
You select from a two, three or four-digit dialing mode.
