10 SIM not inserted Do one of the following:
Insert the SIM card into the
modem’s SIM holder.
Be sure SIM card is clean &
properly inserted in holder.
11 SIM PIN required Enter PIN code.
12 SIM PUK required Enter PUK code.
Note: Call your network
provider if you do not know
this code.
13 SIM failure Check validity of your SIM
card. If SIM damaged, call
your network provider.
16 Incorrect password Check the code you entered.
