Manual : Start the encoding using the menu.

Set the synchronized signal that is the reference for encoding.
HD-IN : Synchronize with the input video signal.
REF
: Synchronize with the D1 signal input into
REF IN terminal @ on the rear panel.
Set the TS bit rate.
The setting value can be changed in 10 kbps step.
Set the Video Mode.
Encode with 1080i: 1080i format.
Encode with 720p: 720p format.
Setting the Audio Format.
MPEG : Encoding with MPEG Layer 2.
DD-PT(Dolby™ Digital Pass Through) :
Dolby™ Digital bitstream will be output in TS
Format.
Select the input audio signal.
AES/EBU : Encode the audio signal input into AES/EBU
terminal # on the rear panel.
EMB : Encode the Embedded audio signal
input into HD-SDI IN terminal 9 on the
rear panel.
This setting is meant for compensating the delays
introduced when encoders are connected to
external equipment.

Setting value is 1 ms step variable.
Set whether to output audio signal or not.
ON : Output audio information.
OFF : Does not output audio information.
