Names and Functions
1 [POWER] Power switch
Switch to turn on/off power. After this is switched
to ON, a “Now Initializing” will be displayed on the
Display
5 of front panel before normal screen is
displayed.
After turning on the power, it may take 2 sec-
onds before display light up.
2 [ESC] button
Press this button when switching Display 5 on
the front panel from menu setting display to nor-
mal display.
Changing of the setting value in Menu item can
also be cancelled by this button.
3 [ENTER] button
Press this button when switching Display 5 on
the front panel from normal display to menu set-
ting display.
Changing of the setting value in Menu item can
also be confirmed by this button.
Refer to page 16 for changing the menu.
4 [8 / 9 / ; / :] buttons
Press this button to select menu item or change
the setting value of menu item during menu set-
ting display.
5 Display
The operation status, error content and menu
item of this unit will be displayed.

6 [POWER] indicator
Light up in green during operation.
7 [FAULT] indicator
Light up in orange when error occurs on this unit.
