Sprint PCS Vision FAQs

How will I know when my SprintPCS Connection Card is ready for
SprintPCS Vision service?

Your User Name (for example, [email protected]) will display
on the SprintPCS Connection Manager Software display screen.

How do I sign-in for the firsttime?

You are automatically signed in to SprintPCS Vision services when
you launch the SprintPCS Connection Manager Software.

How do I know when my SprintPCS Connection Card is connected
to SprintPCS Vision services?

Your SprintPCS Connection Card automatically connects when
SprintPCS Vision service is used or an incoming message arrives.

When is my data connection active?

Your connection is active when data is being transferred. When
active, “Connected”appears the SprintPCS Connection Manager
Software display screen.

When is my data connection dormant?

If no data is transmitted or received for approximately 10 seconds,
the connection goes dormant. (The connection can go active again
quickly.) If no data is transmitted or received for an extended period
of time, the connection will terminate.
