Advanced picture adjustments

This TV provides various advanced functions for
optimizing the picture quality.

Press MENU to display the MENU screen, and
then press

c/d to select “Picture”.

Press

a/b to select “Advanced”, and then

press ENTER.

Press

a/b to select a specifi c adjustment

item, and then press ENTER.

• You can select “C.M.S.-Hue”, “C.M.S.-Saturation”,

“Color Temp.”, “Active Contrast”, “Fine
Motion”, “I/P Setting”, “Film Mode”, “3D-Y/C”,
“Monochrome”, or “Range of OPC”.

Press

a/b (or c/d) to select the desired

parameter.

• See the table for the selectable parameters.

Active Contrast

Automatically adjusts the image contrast according to
the scene.

Color Temperature

For a better white balance, use color temperature
correction.

Color tone is managed using the six-color adjustment
setting.

Description

This is a standard to adjust the color either
more reddish or more bluish in tone.

Increases or decreases the saturation of a
selected color.

NOTE

• For resetting all adjustment items to the factory preset

values, press

a/b to select “Reset”, and then press

ENTER.

I/P Setting

Converts input signals depending on the type of
images.

Description

Suitable for fast-moving images

Suitable for smooth images with low
amounts of fl ickers

NOTE

• "I/P Setting" is not selectable when channel display shows

an input resolution of 480P, 720P, or 1080P.
