Troubleshooting
What should I do if I cannot hear sound from my speakers?
❑ If you are using a program that has its own volume control, make sure the volume control is properly set. See the
program's help file for more information.
❑ Make sure the speaker volume is turned up loud enough and the audio option is enabled.
❑ The speaker volume may have been turned off. Press the muting button on your keyboard.
❑ If your keyboard also has a volume control, make sure the volume is turned up loud enough to hear sound.
❑ Follow these steps to check the volume controls in Windows:
1 Click Start and then Control Panel.
2 Click Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices.
3 Select the Sound Reality item and change the settings.
