Cleaning the heads

To produce optimum sound, clean the tape heads
after every 10 hours of use.
First, disconnect the AC power adaptor. Press EJECT
to open the cassette compartment lid. Moisten a
cotton swab or a soft cloth with alcohol, and wipe
the parts shown on the left.

Cleaning the cabinet

Clean the cabinet with a soft cloth slightly moistened
with a mild detergent solution. Never use strong
solvents, such as thinner or benzine, since they may
damage the finish.
