Resetting Your Phone
Resetting the phone restores all the factory defaults, 
including the ringer types and display settings. The 
Contacts, Recent History, Scheduler, and Messaging 
are not affected.
1.
Press
Menu > Settings > More... > Security
and enter
your lock code.
2.
Select
Reset Phone
.
3.
Select
Yes
and press
.
4.
If you are certain that you would like to restore all 
factory settings and delete all data, select 
Yes
and
press .
Security Features for Voice
and Data
Enabling and Disabling Voice Calls
You can disable voice calls without turning off your 
phone; however, you will not have access to both 
incoming or outgoing voice calls. Disabling voice calls 
will avoid any charges associated with minutes used or 
roaming. While signed out, you cannot place or receive 
phone calls, check voicemail, or use other voice 
services, but you can access the Web and use other 
data services. You may enable voice calls again at any 
time. 
To disable voice calls:
1.
Press
Menu > Settings > More... > Security
and enter
your lock code.
2.
Select
Lock Services > Voice
.
3.
Select
Lock
and press
to confirm that you
want to disable voice calls. (A message will be 
displayed.)
