Off: Does not use the static IP for a PPPoE connection.
Fixed IP Address for PPPoE
Enter the static IP address when “Fixed IP for PPPoE” is
set to “On”.
PPPoE DNS
Selects whether to obtain the DNS server addresses
automatically or to specify them manually when
connecting to LAN using PPPoE.
Obtain Automatically: Allows you to obtain the DNS
server addresses automatically.
Specify: Specifies the DNS server addresses.
Primary DNS
Enter a primary DNS address.
Secondary DNS
Enter a secondary DNS address.

Capture remote image
Select whether to automatically capture thumbnail still
images of the remote party when a videoconference has
started.
On: Automatically capture thumbnail images.
Off: Do not automatically capture thumbnail images.
Ringer with headphones
Select whether the ringer on the main unit also rings when
headphones are in use.
On: Enable ringer sound from speaker on main unit also.
The volume of the ringer tone depends on the
headphone ringer level setting.
Off: Disable ringer sound from speaker on main unit.
Display DTMF button
Select whether to display the DTMF button in the
communication screen. Clicking the DTMF button
displays the DTMF soft keyboard.
On: Display the DTMF button.
Off: Do not display the DTMF button.
Restore factory defaults
Restores the system to the factory default settings.
All settings revert to defaults and Phone Book data is
deleted.
Save Application Software
Saves application software to a “Memory Stick”.
Update software
Performs a software update or rollback using a “Memory
Stick.”
When performing a rollback, you can revert as far back as
the factory-installed version.
Memory Stick Format
Formats a “Memory Stick”.
Save Setup
Saves the settings information to a “Memory Stick”.
Load Setup
Loads settings information from a “Memory Stick”.
Function Extension Command
Enter the command to begin use of IPELA VC Link
service.
IPELA VC Link service is only available in Japan.
For more about the IPELA VC Link service, consult your
Sony dealer.
Auto Restore
Select whether to turn the system on automatically after
recovering from a power outage.
On: Automatically turns the system on when power is
restored.
Off: Does not automatically turn the system on when
power is restored.
