Recoil Starter

The starter handle is located on the
engine. Pull the starter handle to start
engine.

Leaf Funnel

Use the Leaf funnel to feed leaves
and branches no larger than 1/4”
only.

Limb Chute

Use the Limb chute to feed longer
and/or thicker pieces of yard waste
into the impeller for chipping.
Depending on the model #, the
chipper/shredder can cut up to a
2.25” or 3” diameter piece of wood.

Discharge Chute

Chipped materials are discharged
through this opening.

Fuel Tank

Use regular unleaded fuel. Always leave
about 1” of air gap at the top of the tank
for fuel expansion to prevent seepage or
spills.

Hardware Bag (Not shown)

This bag contains the owner’s manual, assembly
hardware, tools, safety glasses and oil fill funnel

On/Off Switch

Set this to On before using recoil starter.
Set switch to Off to turn off engine.

Choke Lever

Move the choke lever to the CHOKE
position to prepare a cold engine for
starting.

Fuel Valve

Use the fuel valve to turn fuel on and off
to engine.
