Select the functions to be used with the user code from “Available Func-
tions”.

• [Copier], [Facsimile TX], [Printer], [Document Server], [Scanner]

Press [Enter Name], then enter the name for the user code.

❒ This can be used to attach the user name to documents in the document
server. You do not need to enter a user code for this.
