Problem

Possible solution

No display on the
display panel

Battery pack or batteries at low
capacity.

Recharge the battery pack or
replace the batteries.

Receiver: No RF signal Transmitter and receiver are not

on the same channel/frequency.

Set transmitter and receiver to the same
channel. Check if the frequency is the
same. If this is not the case, set
transmitter and receiver to a different
channel.

The transmitter is out of range.

Reduce the distance between
transmitter and receiver.

The technical expert must check the
squelch threshold setting.

Receiver: RF signal
available,
but no audio signal

The transmitter’s microphone is
muted (“MUTE”).

Deactivate the muting function.

Microphone signal has
a high level of
background noise

The transmitter’s microphone
sensitivity is adjusted too low.

Via the “

SENSIT

(MIC)” menu, increase

the microphone sensitivity.

Line signal has a high
level of background
noise

The transmitter’s line sensitivity is
adjusted too low.

Via the “

SENSIT

(LINE)” menu, increase

the line sensitivity.

The transmitter’s microphone signal
interferes with the line signal.

Mute the transmitter’s microphone
(“MUTE”).

Microphone signal is
distorted

The transmitter’s microphone
sensitivity is adjusted too high.

Via the “

SENSIT

(MIC)” menu, reduce the

microphone sensitivity.

Line signal is distorted The transmitter’s line sensitivity is

adjusted too high.

Via the “

SENSIT

(LINE)” menu, reduce

the line sensitivity.
