Shooting a Burst Series of Pictures

The Burst setting

takes a series of pictures in quick succession. It takes

4 pictures at 2 pictures per second. With Burst pictures, Flash is prohibited
and Quality is set to Good.

NOTE:

This setting is ideal for taking pictures of sporting events,

or for recording the flow of moving objects.

1 With the camera on, turn the Mode Dial

to Setup.

2 Press the

until Burst is highlighted.

3 Press the OK button.

4 Press the

to select On.

5 Press the OK button to accept the changes.
6 Turn the Mode Dial to Capture.
7 Press the Shutter button half-way to lock

the autofocus and exposure.

8 Press and hold the shutter button all the

way down to take the pictures.
The camera beeps, then starts taking
pictures until you release the Shutter
button, or until the Burst sequence
is complete.
