Placing the Date and Time on Pictures

Use this setting to imprint the date and time on the lower right corner of
the picture.

NOTE:

This setting is ideal when you need to keep track of when

a picture was taken: for example, a birthday or an
insurance claim.

1 Make sure the camera clock is set to the

correct time. See “Setting the Clock” on
page 7.

2 With the camera on, turn the Mode dial

to Setup.

3 Press a

button until Date/Time Stamp

is highlighted.

4 Press the OK button to display the

Date/Time Stamp screen.

5 Press a

button to highlight the format

you want to use.

6 Press the OK button to accept the changes.

The next time you take a picture, the
date and time stamp is recorded in the
lower right corner of the picture.

Note:

This setting remains until you

change it.
