The TSF shall provide a mechanism to verify that secrets meet [assignment: a
defined quality metric].

- The quality metric of password is defined as below.
Length of password: 8 to 64 characters
Types of structured characters: English one-byte capital letters, small letters, and
numerals
Permitted condition: Prohibition of the same password with that used one
generation ago
Refinement: “Secret”
