In case of unsuccessful identification and authentication,
the interface for the identification and authentication is
allowed to be valid after five seconds.

The audit function provides the following a group of security functions.

AUD.MNG
Management
of audit area
AUD.MNG manages the audit storage area in order to
create and store the audit information.
The area to store the audit information is the ring buffer
formed memory area. In case that the storage area of audit
information is exhausted, AUD.MNG overwrites the audit
information from the beginning of the storage area.
