Audio carrier frequency

The following is a list of fixed, pre-programmed audio frequencies that can be se-

lected using the

keys.

Input of the audio carrier frequency via the numeric keys

is in 3-digit form in

the range 5.00 to 8.80 MHz. In stereo mode, the frequency is to be entered for the
left sound channel. The frequency for the right sound channel then automatically
lies 180 kHz above the left sound frequency.

Audio de-emphasis (for sound type " Mono wide" only)

Set the de-emphasis for the best sound impression to “50

µ

s" or “J17".

In the “Stereo“ and “Mono narrow“ audio modes, the de-emphasis “dnr" with “75

µ

s" is selected automatically.

Volume offset

In this menu entry, you can match the volume’s initial setting to the other pro-

grammes and save separately for every programme slot. Setting range with
keys from 0 to –3.

Saving the settings

Save the settings with the

key (press twice).

If you want to make new settings for further programme slots:

Change over to the “Video menu“ with the

key.

Move to the first programme line, “Programme slot“, and select the next pro-

gramme slot.

Select further programme slots in the same manner.

To exit the setup menu press the

key.

Note

You can terminate any setup procedure immediately (also without storing) by re-
turning to normal operation via the

key..
