Connecting the System
DIGITAL IN 3 (COAX)
Connect the digital coaxial type output terminal on
components such as DVD players to the [DIGITAL IN 3
(COAX)] terminal on the rear panel of the R-K1000.
Set the digital audio output on connected components
to “PCM”. z
DVD player, etc.
PHONES
Plug headphones equipped with a 3.5 mm stereo mini-plug
into the [PHONES] jack on the front panel of the R-K1000.
When you connect the headphones, sound from the
speakers is muted and the volume adjustment range is
from minus infi nity (–∞) dB to 0 dB. z
