The following charts will help you set up and begin the various workout programs. First, select a workout using the specific
workout key. Then, use the Time, Resistance, and Level Arrows to enter data as prompted. The display will prompt for any
additional information that may be needed for the new workout. You can also change any of the workout parameters (time,
distance, Resistance/THR, etc.) at any time during your workout.
