Remove the print cartridge by lifting it straight out
of the printer.
Installing or changing a print cartridge
If necessary, follow the steps for “Removing a print
cartridge” on page 22 before proceeding.

If you are installing a new print cartridge, remove
it from its packaging.
Carefully remove the sticker and transparent tape
covering the gold contact area from the cartridge.
DO NOT TOUCH OR
REMOVE the gold
contact area!
