Read
the
safety
information
that
begins
on
page
and

Turn
off
the
server
and
peripheral
devices,
and
disconnect
the
power
cord
and
all
external
cables.
Remove
the
cover.
3.
If
you
have
installed
an
optional
PCI-X
riser-card
assembly,
disconnect
the
riser-card
power
cable
1
from
the
riser-card
assembly.
4.
Grasp
the
riser-card
assembly
at
the
front
and
rear
edges
and
lift
to
remove
it
from
the
server.
Place
the
riser-card
assembly
on
a
flat,
static-protective
surface.
5.
Put
the
protective
plastic
cover
that
came
with
the
adapter
on
the
Remote
Supervisor
Adapter
II
SlimLine.
6.
Turn
the
Remote
Supervisor
Adapter
II
SlimLine
so
that
the
keys
on
the
connector
align
correctly
with
the
connector
on
the
system
board.
