The Coalescing Timeout value determines how long the host
adapter waits before generating an interrupt, when less than
Coalescing Depth I/O requests are present. By default, the host
adapter is pre-programmed with a value of 0x500

default value is optimized for very high performance servers
and peripherals. The user can decrease this value to improve
system performance, if the system contains lower performance
servers and/or peripherals.
