Clearing a jam in the standard tray (Tray 1)
If the media did not feed correctly from the standard tray, the jam is in the tray. The operator panel indicates a 241.xx
Paper Jam .
1 Open the standard tray.
2 Pull the jammed media out.
3 Insert the tray.
If the media fed from the tray and jammed just beyond tray 1, the operator panel indicates a 200.xx Paper Jam .
1 Open the standard tray.
2 Pull the jammed media out. Insert the tray.
