Greeting
Pre-recorded greeting messages
The unit has pre-recorded greeting messages. Depending on the situation, one of the following messages will
be played to the caller.

When you do not record your own greeting message (next page), the following message will be
played.
Note:
● If you erase your own greeting message, the pre-recorded greeting message will be played automatically.
Hello! We are unable to answer right now.
To send a fax, please start transmission.
To leave a voice message, please speak after the beep.
Thank you.

When the unit detects a problem, one of the following pre-recorded greeting messages will be
played.
