Screwdriver
Trim Plate
To Remove the Unit
a) Remove the trim plate with a screwdriver as shown in the figure (Fig. 1).
b) Pull out the unit while pushing the two lock levers using Dismounting Plate
ቨ
as follows.
(Fig. 2, 3)
c) Remove the unit pulling with both hands. (Fig. 4).
Note: Do not lose the Dismounting Plate. It will be needed to remove the unit from the car’s
dashboard.

Anti-Theft System
This unit is equipped with a removable face plate. By removing this face plate, the radio becomes
totally inoperable. The security indicator will blink.
To Remove the Removable Face Plate

Switch off the power.

Press the release button ( ) (Fig. 5).
The removable face plate will be released.
