Recumbent Seat Adjustment

1. Sit on the seat with your feet in the pedals.

2. Pull the seat adjustment handle up while you bend your knees

and slide the seat forward or backward along the seat rail. Refer
to Diagram 8.

3. Align the seat with one of the marks on the seat rail and release

the handle.

4. Try to slide the seat along the seat rail. Make sure the seat does

not move before beginning your exercise session.

Upright Cycles: Adjusting the Seat Tilt

To adjust the seat tilt on upright cycles, take the following steps.

1. Use a 11/16-inch (17 mm) box-end wrench or crescent wrench

to loosen the nut beneath the seat. Refer to Diagram 9.
