Packing the Scanner
Turn off the scanner. Remove the power cord and all interface
cables.

If the scanner is installed on the top of the printer, unlock the
scanner by sliding it toward the left.
$
Gently raise and remove the scanner by releasing it from the
guide pins.
Unplug the ADF cable.
