Editing still pictures (continued)

Copy all of card

[SD/CARD]

>[RAM]

You can copy the all contents of the card to DVD-RAM. (maximum
of 300 folders, 3000 files)

After performing steps 1 to 2 of “Displaying still pictures
(Album Display)”
(page 43), perform the following steps:

Use [

3, 4] (10) to select “Copy all of card” and

press [ENTER]

(10).

Confirm that “Copy from” is selected and use
[

2, 1] (10) to select “SD CARD” or “PC CARD”.

Use [

4, 2, 1] (10) to select “Copy all” and press

[ENTER]

(10).

≥All still pictures are copied.

ªTo stop partway through

Select “Cancel” in step 5 and press [ENTER]

Press [RETURN]

For your reference
≥A new folder will be created in the destination drive.
≥All compatible files in the folder are copied even if not still

pictures.

≥Folders lower than the folder to be copied will not be copied.
≥If the space on the destination drive runs out or the number of

files/folders to be copied exceeds the maximum, copying will stop
partway through.

≥After copying, it may take some time to download the copying

source information.

≥Print (DPOF) number setting (page 46) is not transferred.

≥Still pictures are copied but non-valid files and folders will not

copied. (page 10)

Erase

[SD/CARD] [RAM]

You can erase the whole folders or selected still pictures.

Once activated, material cannot be returned to its original
form, including protected still pictures. Check it carefully
before proceeding.

After performing steps 1 to 2 of “Displaying still pictures
(Album Display)”
(page 43), perform the following steps:

Select the folder for displaying to erase.

(page 42,

“Selecting the drive and the folder”)

Use [

3, 4] (10) to select “Erase” and press

[ENTER]

(10).

Use [

3, 4, 2, 1] (10) to select “Folder” or still

picture you wish to erase and press [ENTER]

(10).

≥Repeat this if you erase more than one still picture.

ª To select all the still pictures in the folder

Use [

3, 4, 2, 1] (10) to select “Folder” and press [ENTER]

(10).
(A check mark

appears on the folder’s name; check marks

inputted separately will be erased.)
≥This also erases the folder.

To cancel check marks:
Use [

3, 4, 2, 1] (10) to select the folder or still picture with

the check mark and press [ENTER]

(10).

Use [

3, 4, 2, 1] (10) to select “Erase” and press

[ENTER]

(10).

≥The confirmation screen appears.

Use [

2, 1] (10) to select “Erase” and press

[ENTER]

(10).

≥Erasing still pictures begins.

Select “Cancel” in step 7 and press [ENTER]

For your reference
≥When you erase folders, files other than still pictures in the folder

are also erased.

≥Folders lower than the folder to be erased will not be erased.
≥To erase files other than still pictures, select the folder containing

the file and erase.
