Printing out guest room information
Guest room information can be printed out from the telephone in each room. Pre-assigned message
numbers 6 through 9 can be used.
<Example>
Message 6: "Cleaned-up"
Message 7: "Minibar $%%%.%"
Printing out Room Service
The dial number from the telephone in a guest room can be printed out by SMDR.
• To utilise this feature, a printer (user-supplied) should be connected to the KX-TD500
System and System Programming is required.
• The operation for this feature is the same as Absent Message Capability except for the
message number required.
If a message number 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 is dialled, Absent Message Capability is activated.
If a message number 6, 7, 8 or 9 is dialled, this feature is activated.
Off-hook. On-hook. Dial 750. Dial message
number (6-9).
