Description
: Some GeminiEngine Control Software files have been illegally updated
in the system.
o
Files of GeminiEngine Control Software installed on the system are updated to incorrect
files. Refer to “Installing GeminiEngine Control Software” (page 6-13) and reinstall
GeminiEngine Control Software.
o
If “ILLEGAL FILE” message is displayed or only “adpu320.sys” is listed as invalid files
in the event log, the SCSI driver file has been updated for some reason. In such a case,
reinstallation of the entire GeminiEngine Control Software is not required. You only need
to install the SCSI driver. For how to install it, see “N8803-32 SCSI Board” of “Setup of
Optional PCI Board” (page 8-38) in the separate User’s Guide.
If only “FC” is displayed as the component name, the cause of it is considered to be that
the dedicated driver has not been installed when the Fibre Channel board is mounted. See
“N8803-033 Fibre Channel Board Set” of “Setup of Optional PCI Board” (page 8-39) in
the separate User’s Guide.
