Conference
Description
Conference lets an extension user add additional inside and outside callers to their conversation. The follow-
ing table shows the system’s Conference capacities:
The system’s 32 Conference circuits are dynamically allocated as users request them.
Operation
A user can set up a multiple-party telephone meeting without leaving the office.

Setting up a Conference
In these instructions:

[Keyset Soft Key]
To set up a Conference:
1. Establish an Intercom or outside call.
2. Press CONF .
• Your hear Intercom dial tone.
• Your caller hears Music on Hold (if installed) while they wait for you to set up the Conference.
3. Do one of the following:
a. Dial extension you want to add.
b. Place or answer an outside call.
c. Retrieve a call from Park Orbit.
4. Press CONF to set up the Conference.
• If you cannot add additional parties to your Conference, you have exceeded the system’s Conference limit.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 to add additional parties to your Conference. You can also do one of the following.
a. To optionally place a Conference on Hold:
Press HOLD .
b. To reinstate the Conference on Hold.
Press CONF .
