Special features

Charge/Forced Charge

Charge allows you to charge a call to a specific account. Forced Charge allows you to charge long
distance calls from telephones that are restricted to local calls.

To charge a local or long distance call to an account before you dial:
1.

Press a free DN key to obtain a line.

2.

Press

µ , or enter the SPRE code plus fi, or enter the Call Detail Recording FFC.

3.

Enter the charge account number.

4.

Upon hearing dial tone, place your call.

To charge a call in progress:
1.

Press

† or ø.

2.

Press

µ, or enter the SPRE code plus fi, or enter the Call Detail Recording FFC.

3.

Enter the charge account number.

4.

Press the DN key to return to your call.

To use the Special Prefix Code to charge a call in progress:
1.

Press

† or ø.

2.

Enter the SPRE code plus

fi, or enter the Call Detail Recording FFC.

3.

Enter the charge account number.

4.

Press the DN key to return to your call.

To charge a call to an account when you transfer a call:
1.

Press

†. The call is on hold.

2.

Press

µ , or enter the SPRE code plus fi, or enter the Call Detail Recording FFC.

3.

Dial the charge account number.

4.

When you hear dial tone, dial the number you want the call transferred to.

5.

Press

† when you hear ringing, or after you talk privately to the person you are

transferring the call to.

To charge a call to an account when you add someone to a conference call:
1.

Press

ø. The call is on hold.

2.

Press

µ , or enter the SPRE code plus fi, or enter the Call Detail Recording FFC.

3.

Dial the charge account number.

4.

Call the party you want to add to the conference.

5.

Press
