Reviewing the Call log
1. Press CID to view the call log.
2. Press RING/VOL – to display the latest Caller ID message.
3. Press RING/VOL – to see next message or RING/VOL + to see previous
message.
4. Place the handset onto the base to exit.

Notes:
• If no key is pressed for more than 30 seconds, an error tone sounds and the
telephone returns to the standby mode.
• Each message can be up to 15 characters for the phone number and the
name.
• The number of calls from the same Caller ID appears next to the received
time. Once you view the new message, the number will disappear.
Call Log Display Screen Messages
Displays:
When:
Private Name
The caller is blocking name information.
Private Number
The caller is blocking telephone number information.
Unknown Name
This caller’s name is unavailable.
Unknown Number
This caller’s number is unavailable.
Incomplete Data
Invalid data
Dialing a Call Log Number
1. Press CID to enter the call log.
2. Select the phone number to dial.
3. Press TALK. The phone number will be dialed.
–OR–
1. Press TALK then press CID.
2. Select the phone number to dial.
3. Press SELECT. The displayed phone number will be dialed.

Notes:
• If you have programmed a home area code (see “Home Area Code” on page
15), only the last seven digits of the incoming phone numbers from that area
code will be displayed while reviewing the call log. Press # repeatedly to
display all possible dialing options.
• Press 1 while the incoming Caller ID information is displayed to add the
prefix 1 for a long distance call. Press 1 again to remove.
