1 . Cl ick the “Start” butt on and choose “Setti ngs, ” t hen cli ck “C ontrol

Panel.”

2. Double click the “Network and Dial-up Connections” icon, then “Local

Area Co nnecti on ” i con, an d press the “Propert ies” b utt on i n t he

“General” tab.

3. Select the TCP/IP line that has been assigned to your network card in the

“Local Area Connection Properties” window.

4. Click the “Properties” butt on to set the TCP/IP protocol for the BLW- 0 4 E X .

5. You can dynamically assign TCP/IP address settings to a client, or you

can manuall y co nfigure a cl ient wit h address sett ing s to m eet y our

specific network requirements. (Not e that the default IP address of the

BLW-04EX is 192.168.1.1.)

Windows 95/98/ME

1. Click “Start/Settings/Control Panel.”

2. Double-click the Network icon. Highlight the TCP/IP line that has been

assigned to your network card on the “Configuration” tab of the Network

window.

3. Click the “Properties” button.

4. You may dynamically assign TCP/IP address settings to a client, or you

can manual ly config ure a cl ient wi th address s et ti ngs t o meet your

specifi c net work requirement s. (Note t hat the default IP address of the

BLW-04EX is 192.168.1.1.)
