RESET -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purpose Reset the ASMi-450. This will cause the ASMi-450 to initialize, therefore the traffic
through the ASMi-450 will be disrupted until the ASMi-450 returns to normal operation.
For this function to operate the internal WD jumper (Section 2-4) must be set to ON.
Format RESET
Use 1. To reset the ASMi-450, type:

Purpose Set the time for the ASMi-450 internal real-time clock.
Format TIME
Use 1. Type
TIME<CR>
2. The ASMi-450 sends the time entry form:
HOUR = 12
MINUTE = 25
SECOND = 16
3. If necessary, change the time as follows:.
•
Bring the cursor to the beginning of the first field to be changed by pressing the
space bar.
•
To change the selected field, press F or B to scroll among the available
selections.
•
When the desired selection is displayed, press the space bar to move to the next
field.
4. Set the time about one minute beyond the current time, and then press <CR> at the
correct instant. The ASMi-450 will display the TIME and DATE fields (note that
TIME has changed), followed by the ASMi-450 prompt.
